The Embassy of India in Baghdad organized a session of “Surya Namaskar” in the early morning of 14th January 2022 under the aegis of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” to celebrate the festival(s) of Makar Sankranti, Pongal, Lohri, Uttrayan, and Magha Bihu. The Surya Namaskar session was hosted by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and was virtually attended by over 7.5 million people across the world.
