Rangoli was made to focus on the Jal Jeevan Hariyali project of Bihar Government and Rare species of Dolphin in Bihar and Cultural Programme organized on Chhath Puja on the occasion of Bihar Day by Bihar and Jharkhand contingent during NSS Republic Day Camp, 2022 at New Delhi.
