Baisakhi Celebrations
The Indian Embassy in association with Punjabis United virtually organized Baisakhi celebrations in order to highlight the rich cultural heritage, diversity and it’s centuries old connection with the Kingdom of Bahrain on 18 April. Speaking at the event, the Ambassador conveyed his greetings to the Indian Community on the occasion and spoke about the rich cultural heritage and diversity of India, and highlighted the centuries-old cultural and people to people connect Indian and Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Mission organised three virtual interactions with the Indian Associations in Bahrain to brainstorm & discuss different ideas for India@75 celebrations, and for Golden Jubilee celebrations of establishment of Diplomatic relations between Indian and Bahrain on 20, 22, 27 April 2021
AS part of India@75 celebrations, Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam (BKS) organised Ghabga party and cultural event on 30 April 2021.
