On November 21, Ambassador of India to Lebanon Dr. Suhel Ajaz Khan, along with second secretary Shri Sandeep Grover, joined Commonwealth Ambassadors and other dignitaries at the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery, Beirut to attend the Remembrance Day and to pay respects to the soldiers who lost their lives in the two World Wars.
A total of 447 Indian soldiers who lost their lives in the two World Wars are laid to rest in various cemeteries in Lebanon.
