He was a sepoy in 4/1 H.A.A. Regiment of the British Indian Army. He belonged to village Misri in district Bhiwani in Haryana. He joined the III Guerrilla Regiment of the Azad Hind Fauj in 1942. He lost his life fighting the British in 1945.
