The 74th Republic Day was today celebrated in all Panchayat Halqa of Block Safapora with zeal and zest. The event saw mass participation from all sections of society including young and old, school-going children and female folk of the block. Today, on this auspicious day the members of the panchayat bodies took mass participation and the nominated sarpanches and panches Unfurlered the Tri-Colour of our Nation at their respective Panchayat Jurisdictions. During the event, the masses were educated about the importance of Republic Day in our Country and lessons were also given about our moral duty towards our nation and how can we actively precipitate in the nation Building. The celebration of Republic day in the block saw many colourful events organized by the school children who were rewarded by the concerned authorities for their enthusiastic performances.
