Under the program " Meri Maati Mera Desh the Plantation drive was carried out in district Kupwara of panchayat Halqa Vodhpora in the PRI and forest officials take part in the event. During the event, the role of plantation for a healthy life and the role of plantation in cleaning the environment was emphasized. The impact of deforestation on the climatic change was also discussed.
